VILLEGAS ROMERO, Francisco José

Founder of the Firm “Villegas Romero & Associates”, qualified as a Bachelor of Law at the University of Seville, specializing in private law. During the period 1980-1985, the Corps Oposit aspiring notaries of the State, also studied for the Master’s degree in Management Business Administration-Finance (Business School of Madrid).

Expert university degree in Cooperatives and Social Economy Enterprises (University of Seville), specializing in the fields of civil and commercial law, regular attendance at Civil Law courses offered by the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo de Santander (UIMP). Diploma in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development by Corporate Practice Institute (EPI). He recently completed the Advanced Program “Air Transport 2″ at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, and has been an active member, participating in the working committees of the Fourth Congress of Commercial Law and Bankruptcy of Andalusia, in Antequera. It is part of the Register of Bankruptcy Trustees Bar Association of Seville.

Throughout his career, he has counted among his clients with important national firms, in a wide variety of sectors. Special mention goes to his practice with companies in the aerospace sector, the Jerez winemaking sector, media groups and tourism and the area of promotion, planning and construction.

Recently appointed Secretary of the International Business Club that Grupo Azabache, has recently established as a means of  networking between, professionals, and others in the Campo de Gibraltar area and Morocco.
