FERNÁNDEZ ANAYA, Francisco Javier

LL.B., University of Seville, applied to business and legal practice. Since 2001, has been a member of the law firm and business consultancy VR VILLEGAS ROMERO & ASSOCIATES.

Specialising in, commercial law and accounting, has completed the Master in Financial and Tax Law, University of Seville, and various tax refresher courses and other related subjects.

He has conducted various activities in the field of taxation, tax litigation versus the inspection and administration departments of the tax authorities as well as tax planning tasks and advice to individuals and legal entities, residents and non-residents and preparation of all kinds of taxes, national, regional and local.

He is currently undertaking a masters degree in Accounting and Financial Management, at the F.E.M.E. Institute.

Similarly, for its specialty is acting in corporate restructuring transactions, mergers and splits, and tax and accounting due diligence.
