BA and PhD in Law from the University of Seville, where he has been Professor of Civil Law .

The result of his teaching and research, has published more than a dozen books in his field, among which: “Mortgage Law Institutions” (Ed. Civitas, Madrid, 1986), “Practice and Procedure in Respect of Urban Leases Contract “(Ed. Comares, Granada, 1996),” Civil Law Institutions “(Ed. Civitas, Madrid, 1988 and 1999), two volumes, Party General Obligations and Contracts (Vol. I) and Mortgage Rights and Interests and Family and Succession Law (Vol. II), “The measures in cases of marital crisis (McGraw-Hill Interamericana de Spain, 1997).

For the last thirty years, he has combined teaching and research with the practice of law, acting mainly in the courts of Seville, Madrid, Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Huelva, Cordoba and Malaga.
