APARICIO AUÑÓN, Eusebio

Collegiate counsel at the Bar Association of Madrid. Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid where he has been Professor of Civil Law and, in recent years, in the Faculty of Law of Malaga. He has taught in the studies department of the Bank of Spain. Author of various legal and economics publications, including “Basics of Civil Law”, “, and “Comments on the New Code of Civil Procedure” 4vols.

He began practicing law in  Madrid, then became Judge in the Courts of 1st Instance numbers 6 and 11 and of the Provincial Court of Malaga, where again and, after from the Bench, is practicing law.
