Philosophy
We regard the practice of law as a science, an art and a technique. Science, because we question, because we are curious to understand the reasons behind laws so that our professional work may be clear, reasonable, understandable and convincing. Art, because law is an instrument of social harmony; we seek to fine tune the relationship between rights and interests; to re-establish the balance and understanding between conflicting parties, opening, where possible, ways of communication between the parties. Art, also through expression, without renouncing the truth behind concepts and precision in terminology, but neither renouncing literary and rhetorical elegance.
Technique, because we only accept cases with a reasonable chance of success although we cannot guarantee success in all cases of litigation and negotiation with third parties.
